We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Professional EMEA (m/f/d) to be a key member of our EMEA regional marketing team focused on the development of the DSC Brand in the EMEA region and related projects. The ideal candidate profile is someone who is passionate and knowledgeable about a broad area of marketing including digital know-how and has a track record of successful coordination of offline and online marketing activities.

What will you do?

  • Manage large projects and processes with limited oversight from senior marketing director or CCO.
  • Work closely with EMEA regional and country marketing teams to translate marketing goals into objectives, ensuring marketing needs are met while aligning with overall business needs.
  • Implement marketing plans and processes in line with business strategy, market requirements, and corporate guidelines.
  • Coordinate and deliver complex marketing initiatives and projects with significant impact on overall results.
  • Drive internal awareness about functional content across the Supply Chain.
  • Influence leadership and advocacy communications through social media channels.
  • Steer internal or external agencies for EMEA media and content production, as well as drive adoption of digital customer journeys across the sales and marketing organization.

What do we need from you?

  • Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, advertising, or public relations is required.
  • 10-12+ years of marketing experience focused in the EMEA region.
  • Supply Chain industry background and/or business unit industry experience preferred.
  • Experience in a B2B marketing environment
  • Entrepreneurial and team player mentality, with a strong ability to establish and maintain collaborative relationships in international environments.
  • Wide range of marketing skills and knowledge including advertising, marketing communications, product marketing, brand development, online marketing, social media marketing, market analysis, budgeting, and more.
