As a Marketing Specialist at this fast-growing European D2C brand, you will plan, launch, and optimize marketing initiatives focused on driving performance and strengthening lifecycle marketing capabilities. We’re supporting a fast-growing European D2C brand in the premium home & lifestyle space — offering thoughtfully designed products sold directly to consumers in 10+ countries. With a lean team of 30 people and in-house creative and tech functions, they’re now hiring a Marketing Specialist to strengthen their performance and lifecycle marketing capabilities.
You’ll collaborate across teams to plan, launch, and optimize marketing initiatives in a fast-paced, remote-first setup.
The role can be structured either as a full-time employment or freelance consultancy, depending on your preference and location.
What You’ll Do
Execute performance campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube
Coordinate with internal creatives and freelancers to develop ad assets
Analyze campaign performance and contribute to ongoing optimizations
Assist in CRM/email/SMS flows and content calendar coordination
Handle campaign reporting, UTM tracking, and basic copywriting
What We’re Looking For
2–4 years experience in digital marketing, ideally in D2C or e-commerce
Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and Klaviyo (or similar)
Structured mindset and strong attention to detail
Based in EMEA and fluent in English
Bonus: experience with product drops or multi-market launches
Work Setup
This is a fully remote role within CET +-4h. You’ll be hired directly or engaged as a consultant, depending on your preference and country setup. The team is remote across 6+ countries and have meetups in person 1–2x per year.
