The Job
The Digital Platforms team manages CapitaStar, eCapitaMall, Capita3Eats, CapitaVoucher and CapitaCard which encompasses CRM, eCommerce, payments and lifestyle services. The CapitaStar platform is the main digital enabler across CapitaLand Group’s ecosystem with a key purpose of uplifting the properties via digital transformation as well as operationalizing and scaling innovation initiatives. The main purpose of this team is to facilitate seamless omni-channel touchpoints for end consumers, enrich tenant experiences for both our retail and workspace community as well as enhance business capabilities and opportunities for our network of tenants, partners and customers.
You will be responsible for conceptualizing and driving a mix of large scale integrated campaigns and tactical campaigns island-wide to achieve growth, engagement and conversion targets for each of the platforms. A key responsibility is analyzing and optimizing the effectiveness of planning and execution through Paid, Owned & Earned media channels. Experience in performance marketing, data analytics, conducting A/B testing and generating the right communications and value propositions to effectively reach different target segments is crucial to maximize the marketing performance and profitability of the platforms.

Responsibilities
- Strategise and execute end to end integrated marketing and media plans to drive growth for all platforms
- Derive actionable insights from marketing and product data and take prompt actions in optimisation of marketing performance
- Familiar with latest marketing technologies and growth hacking through constant learning and testing to uncover new marketing opportunities
- Assist in planning, monitoring / managing campaign budgets to ensure cost effectiveness and achievement of campaign deliverables
Requirements
- Min 3 years of professional experience in a tech, eCommerce or startup environment preferred with proven track record of hands-on experience in marketing campaigns for both Web and APP products
- Committed to driving results and positive customer experience with a growth hacking mentality and a holistic view of marketing strategy
- Proficient in in marketing tools, including and not limited to Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Appsflyer, MixPanel, Google Tag Manager and programming language (HTML) a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field from a reputable institution
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills with strategic/analytical mindset is crucial
- Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial yet corporate environment
