Who You’ll Work With
You will be based in one of our offices in Germany or UK as part of our Growth, Marketing & Sales practice. The practice strives to help clients in both consumer and business-to-business environments on a wide variety of marketing and sales topics, and its mission is to help clients achieve marketing-driven profit growth.
As a part of this practice, you’ll focus on developing marketing and sales strategies for leading companies of all major industries, including consumer goods, financial services, retail, telecommunications and logistics. Our clients benefit from our experience in core areas of marketing such as branding, pricing, customer experience, customer lifecycle management, customer insights, marketing ROI, digital marketing, insights & analytics, and sales & channel management.
On a day to day basis, you will collaborate with colleagues from around the world as well as outside of the Growth, Marketing & Sales practice to help leading organizations solve their most complex problems. From day one, you will be exposed to senior McKinsey leaders and executive level clients.

What You’ll Do
You will work across industries and deliver real impact by helping clients transform their marketing strategy and operations to power growth through digital expertise.
You will support top organizations to leverage digital to deepen their connection with customers and drive revenue growth quickly. During your client facing work, you will either be supporting the project team with a part of your time and bring in your specific digital marketing skills or you will be full time on the ground, especially when the project is entirely focused on deep digital marketing work.
You will work hand-in-hand with clients from all major industries, and with the support of your Adtech expertise will gather and process information, formulate and test hypotheses, and develop recommendations for presentation to client management. You will both leverage your existing knowledge of Digital Marketing and develop new capabilities on the field, as you work in projects that will allow you to broaden your scope and develop a holistic view of Digital Marketing.

Qualifications
- 5+years of experience with product management/solutions consulting in Adtech companies and/or supply side platforms (SSP)
- Detailed knowledge of Adtech systems such as Google Ads, DV360, Google Ad Manager, The Trade Desk DSP, Citrus Ads, Criteo, Magnite
- Understanding of the digital marketing funnel, advertising technology ecosystem and digital agency landscape
- Entrepreneurial spirit, hands-on can-do attitude and a keen interest in proactively developing an important new suite of services and capabilities inside the firm
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with people at all levels in an organization
- Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively in English and the local language
- Willingness to travel
