The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement. The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users. Our local marketing teams work closely with the regional teams to localise and adapt strategies to increase brand awareness and acquisition in each market. Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced digital marketer to help develop the SeaMoney online marketing strategy and manage the account via our different product lines, such as Loan, ShopeePay, ShopeePaylater and SeaBank. This role involves collaboration with regional and local teams, implementing our online marketing strategies effectively, and taking on new initiatives to help our business maximise growth.

  • Be an expert on online channels and digital marketing – know the various ingredients for success in digital marketing
  • Cooperate with Strategy and Planning team to achieve business goals
  • Design, plan, execute and monitor always-on and promotional online campaigns across Facebook, Google, Tiktok and other marketing channels
  • Analyse the optimum mix of digital marketing channels in order to achieve KPIs though data-driven recommendations
  • Focus on new and innovative ways of user acquisition and engagement through constant testing & refining of new initiatives
  • Work with the data team to understand tracking to accurately measure the importance and effect of digital campaigns

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any quantitative field is preferred 
  • Minimum of 5 years’ working experience in digital marketing; previous experience in managing online marketing campaigns is preferred
  • Digital marketing experience in the financial industry is a bonus 
  • Strong communication skills in English, verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a logical mindset 
  • Good team player, positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Self-Driven and motivated
  • Experience in managing a team is preferred
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Passionate about advertising and performance marketing
